AI & Your Content

Your content is processed by AI to generate summaries, tags, and organization. This processing enables the core features of Qind AI — helping you find and recall anything you've saved.

Your data is NEVER used to train AI models.

All AI processing happens in isolated environments with strict access controls. Your content remains yours and is never shared with third parties for model training or any other purpose.

Data Storage & Security

All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption and in transit using TLS 1.3. Your content is hosted on secure, SOC 2 compliant cloud infrastructure with regular security audits and monitoring.

Third-Party Services

We use a limited number of third-party services to operate Qind AI:

Google Analytics — page-level usage metrics, loaded via Partytown to minimize performance impact.
Microsoft Clarity — behavioral analytics (see the Microsoft Clarity section below).
Payment processing — secure third-party payment processors handle all billing transactions. We never store your full payment details.

Microsoft Clarity

We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay. This helps us understand which parts of the site are working and which need improvement.

Website usage data is captured using first- and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products and services and your online activity. We use this information for site optimization, fraud and security purposes, and product improvement. Clarity does not record passwords, payment fields, or any input you have marked as sensitive.
