By accessing or using Qind AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use Qind AI.

Description of Service

Qind AI is an AI-powered personal knowledge management platform. The service allows you to save, organize, and retrieve content using artificial intelligence. Features include web clipping, smart tagging, semantic search, AI-generated summaries, and intelligent content organization. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Qind AI for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms. Specifically, you must not:

• Upload, store, or share any illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Abuse, exploit, or misuse the AI features in any way that degrades the service for others.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access or interact with the service without prior written permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying models or algorithms.

Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to the content you save and create within Qind AI. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. However, the Qind AI platform — including its design, code, AI models, branding, and all related intellectual property — remains the exclusive property of Qind AI and its licensors.

Subscription & Billing

Qind AI offers a free tier that remains free forever with core functionality. The Pro tier is billed on a monthly basis and provides access to advanced features and increased limits. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Qind AI and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, however caused, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. For material changes, we will notify you via the email address associated with your account at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
